Cancellation Policy

1. Services Provided The specific services provided under this Agreement shall be determined and agreed upon in writing by both parties. This Agreement serves as a general framework for services that may include, but are not limited to, videography, photography, editing, and media production. 2. Payment Structure A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the initial shooting date. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the scheduled service at the Company’s discretion. 3. Timeline and Delivery Final media will be delivered to the Client within 3 to 6 months of the initial shooting date unless otherwise stated in writing. Expedited delivery timelines must be agreed upon in a separate written addendum. 4. Ownership and License 518 Media Productions retains all rights and ownership to the media produced. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final media for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use requires separate licensing. 5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement. 6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made within the proper notice period, any additional payments made will be refunded. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may forfeit the full payment at the Company's discretion. 7. Travel Fees and Revisions Travel fees may apply for services rendered outside the Company's standard service area and will be disclosed in advance. Revisions are included based on the selected package or as outlined in the drafted quote or media plan. Additional revisions beyond those specified may incur extra charges.
